Beauty & The Bees - Skin and bodycare

When we started looking for a beeswax and/or honey based skin care company, we looked far and wide. We found 7 different companies between Australia and New Zealand all of whom claimed to sell 'natural' products with a beeswax or honey base. But when we scratched the surface, six out of seven of them contained SLS's, parabens, palm oil, artificial fragrances in one or more of their products. The seventh company was Beauty & The Bees!

Jill, who own Beauty & The Bees is about as passionate about skin and body care as I am about making pure Australian beeswax candles! As she said to me when I first spoke to her on the phone "If our label says cucumber, then we haven't used imported or reconstituted or essence of cucumber, we've rather gone to the fruit and vegie markets and we've bought fresh cucumbers."  I like that style.
