(And for those of you who are interested in why it takes so long for us to bring a new candle to market, it is because there is no real global 'know how' in beeswax candles. So, when we speak to our wick companies about what wick will be best for votive candles, they typically shrug their shoulders and then throw their arms in the air. What follows is literally months of testing dozens of wicks... eg for our tealight candles, we tested over 120 different wicks which took around 5 months! We would rather not launch a candle than have one that is anything less than completely perfect.)

Just for the record, I think this is one of the 3 major factors that differentiate a Queen B candle from other beeswax candles on the market. Over the 8 years we've been making pure Australian beeswax candles, I have tested literally dozens of Australian made beeswax candles. I can say with hand on heart that without exception our candles have outperformed every time (if it doesn't, we go back to the drawing board to improve the candle prior to launching it).
