Queen B's Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Other than for bespoke candles which can take up to 2 weeks to make, we will attempt to send your goods via your chosen delivery method (our default method is Australia Post) within 1-2 working days.
If goods are unavailable, we will contact you to advise you of the delay and to give you the option of cancelling the order. Should you choose to proceed, delivery will take a little longer.
