                  The Stephens family, from which we source this honey, have rare bee sites deep within the World Heritage Listed forests on the South West coast of Tasmania. Indeed they go so deep into the forests that they grade the roads themselves and are the only humans to have been into this area since it was heritage listed in 1982.  This is leatherwood flower nectar collected from an area of the world that is so pristine.
