Background… we are a small business trying to make a difference to
- Australian beekeepers and the regional communities they live in,
- Australian manufacturing, keeping ancient skills alive and meaningful job creation,
- the health and wellbeing of our customers (no soy wax, no paraffin wax, no fragrances, no wood wicks, no plastic packaging, no toxic colours, no greenwashing and no bull💩).
As we all know, a friend telling us that a product is amazing is worth more than a company telling you their product is amazing. So a referral of a new customer has a value to us and we want to share that with you by way of thanks. We also want to give your friend a big upfront discount to get them excited and so that they can try more of the range. Please play within the spirit and intent of the program.
Referrals discounts are only valid for first-time customers (ie new to Queen B). Customers must reach the minimum order value of $100 after the discount is applied. Discount codes are valid for 60 days from issue.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Queen B, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions.
A referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash.
This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
How It Works
Step 1 - Go to the Home Page of our website (you can click on the Queen B logo at the top of any page and it will take you back to the home page).
Step 2 - Log in to your account by clicking on the 'head & shoulders icon' in the top right hand corner of the home page.
Step 3 - Once you're logged into your account you'll see a 'BEE REWARDED' button at the bottom left hand corner of the page.
Step 4 - When you click on BEE REWARDED you'll see a box pop up that looks something like the image below. Note that at the bottom of the box it tells you how many points you have:
Step 5 - Click the COPY button and then you can paste that referral link into your message (email, Facebook, text).
Step 6 - Your friend will receive a message with a link including your personal referral code. Click on the link in the email...
Step 7 - When they click on the link in the email it will automatically open our website and ask them to input their email address so that we can send them the one-off discount code they can use.
Step 8 - Your friend will receive an email giving them a discount code they can use to claim $20 off their first order (order must be over $100 after the discount has been applied... we're a low margin business after all).
As soon as your friend orders using your referral code you will get a $20 referral code sent to you via email! Voila.
