Miellerie honey is unprocessed and unheated, thus maintaining the honey's optimum natural aroma, health qualities, and characteristic crystals. Each of the honeys in the Miellerie range are soft set, with a smooth, velvety texture that melts literally in your mouth (or on your sourdough crumpet)!
As an apiarist, Yves nurtures his bee community using organic and biodynamic beekeeping practices to maintain health and harmony from the hive to the jar. Essential to the integrity of Miellerie is their trade practice of cold extraction of the honey from the comb to harness the vitality, aroma, flavour, colour and texture of the exquisite nectars from the pristine Tasmanian forests.
If you love the caramel created when you boil a can of Condensed Milk, you'll go wild for Blue Gum honey. It's nature's version of caramel.
Leatherwood honey is quite simply an absolute taste sensation. A leatherwood tree has to be over 80 years old before it yields any blossoms and quite frankly you can taste that ancient wisdom in the honey. I tell our customers that visit Queen B that Leatherwood honey is "like being punched in the mouth with a bunch of flowers"... it is incredibly aromatic and floral and will be like nothing else you've ever tasted. Leatherwood honey is amazing to use where it's floral nature can be hero'ed... like dressings, savoury marinades or cakes/biscuits with only a few ingredients.

Chocolate always calls for a stop work meeting and so it was that we were introduced to the incredible taste of Spencer Cocoa chocolate. Not only is the chocolate extraordinary, but we all loved the packaging, chocolate mould and story so much that I called the maker to compliment him and ended up ordering a few cases. This is our chocolate of choice for hampers, snacking on and tastings in store

Flavours of tropical fruits, tobacco, toffee, caramel and malt. Well balanced bitterness, sweetness and tartness. Aromatic hints of rosewood, coffee and cherry.

Carefully chosen natural oils give an instant relieve to irritated skin. Skin friendly Beeswax and Coco Butter form a protective barrier on the skin to guard against irritants and lock in moisture while still allowing the skin to breathe. Organic calendula, chickweed , chamomile and witch hazel soothe the rash and help to heal the skin. Organic Castor Oil is a rich, non-drying oil which is naturally rich in anti-oxidants and works as a deep conditioner and moisturizer.
HOW TO USE
Scoop a small amount of balm to use as a botty butter and apply to baby’s nappy area after every nappy change. Apply after a bath to protect the tender skin from any irritation. If there is any redness or rashes, please apply Baby Barrier Balm more liberally. Change baby’s nappy as often as possible to help prevent any types of nappy rash and let your little one spend some time nappy free to air their bottom.
This barrier balm can also be used for cradle cap. Simply massage this balm into your little one’s scalp and leave if for 5 -10 minutes before combing out. Baby Barrier balm can safely be used on any rashes, dry spots or redness, but must not be used on open cuts or wounds.

As with all skincare products, patch test the balm prior to use.
Nina’s Bees Restoring Balm is 100% natural, with no stabilizers or artificial fillers. Therefor it reacts naturally to the ambient temperature: it melts at > 35C and hardens at < 20C.
If it is too hot, please cool it down ( in a cool, dry place), if it is too cold, please warm it up ( in your hands or on your skin).
