Pilkington Glass Crate - Pot Holder - by Joost Bakker

Pilkington Glass used to ship their glass into Australia in long timber crates with metal ends (to prevent the glass from breaking).  Once the glass was unloaded they were sent to the wood chipping yard. 

My friend Joost thought this was a travesty and waste of great timber crates and made some of these smaller crates for me to use for tradeshows.  Queen B is now closed = no more tradeshows!!  I've also used them with pot plants in them.
